Do you offer transmissions and meditations ?

Hi Gemma, Vishrant doesn't do specific transmission or meditation sessions. He holds Satsang meetings only, which in themselves carry a transmission of enlightenment.
You can see upcoming Satsangs here: https://www.vishrant.org/online-satsang/

If I am practising acceptance of everything in every moment, is there really any point of doing any mental model practises to release old beliefs / trauma / fears etc?
E.g. say like Byron Katie style work, or anything similar…
When would it be necessary to use a mind based release model like this, if I am practising "acceptance of what is", including all emotions, triggers, thoughts etc.

Yesterday the ego was injecting me with fear to poisen my desire for enlightenment… and just to give up on it now to avoid losing everything…
today it's flipped. and is being all positive on me around some small success in business, and injecting ambition in me on becoming someone bigger and better…
I'm practising awareness and observation of it as best I can.
Is this normal ego behavior of flip flopping to try take over again?

Hi Vishant, I heard on a replay that, the mind constantly chatters because it doesn't totally accept everything that's happening. And by moving into total acceptance of whats happening, the mind will quiet down.
For example, if I am brushing my teeth or doing any daily task, and my mind starts playing a song, or imagining anything…
Is that because I am not totally accepting that I am brushing my teeth or showering or or doing anything, even though i do most things every day, Or, is just a mental habit of imagination?
Is it possible to be fully accepting of whats happening, and still have some mental noise going on?

Hi Vishrant, I saw a clip of Papaji talking about stopping searching, teachings,
practising, or meditating, or doing anything at all, to find truth.
If that's true, and it's as simple as doing nothing at all to be enlightened… why are so few people enlightened?

Hello Vishrant, nice to meet you. I wished to ask you about forgiveness. How do we forgive our parents or any individual, knowing that in reality that the person is objectively immature and egotistical, and thus frequently triggers anger or annoyance in us emotionally? How do we deal with these sort of situations and patterns in life? Thank you very much indeed!

Hi Vishrant, is 'undoing the mind' as simple as observing the minds reactions and beliefs from beingness, and then applying any method or technique to dissolve those patterns and beliefs?
Q2 - I'm aware that all my thoughts are false, no matter how intense or real they feel, but will just oberserving them from beingness without interfering with them, also help to dissolve the beliefs and thoughts?

Hi Vishrant, I heard that Advaita Vedanta and self enquitry is for people at the end of the path, so how does one know when they're ready for that?

Hi Vishrant, based on my experience of my own beliefs, if I investigate them, it seems that the majority, if not all of them, were founded on fear. Is it realistic to say that the root of all beliefs is fear or something?
